Shipping Policy

Introduction:

Welcome to That’s Not How You Christian. Everything is made to order. We do not keep a warehouse full of preprinted items waiting to ship. Each item is printed just for you, which means it takes a little time.

We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship your orders efficiently. Below you’ll find all the shipping details, when to expect your order, and what to do if your package goes missing like one of the lost sheep (Luke 15:4-7).

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday). This is when Printful begins making your item. As soon as it ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow its journey from us to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping is included in the price of each item. No extra fees. No surprise checkout math. No multiplying of charges like loaves and fishes.

Orders typically ship with standard shipping (estimated 5 to 7 business days in transit after the product has been created).

We may use USPS, FedEx, or whichever carrier won’t mistake your address for Nineveh.

If we ever offer expedited options in the future, we will update this section.

3. Where We Ship

We ship to all U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently offer international shipping. If that changes, we’ll update this policy with the new details and any related taxes or duties.

4. Sales Tax

We collect sales tax on orders shipped to Virginia, as required by state law. For all other states, we do not collect sales tax at checkout. You may still be responsible for reporting and paying use tax in your home state if applicable.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery windows begin once the item has shipped, not when the order is placed.

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days

These are estimates provided by carriers. We can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date, especially during holidays or postal backlogs, but we’ll let you know if we see a major delay coming.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If your order includes multiple items, they might arrive in separate boxes. You will not be charged extra shipping for that, and we’ll send separate tracking numbers if needed.

7. Missing Packages

If your order is missing, email us right away. Do not wait. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date. This gives us enough time to work with our fulfillment partner before their deadline.

If your message comes in after that window, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund. The sooner we hear from you, the more likely we can track it down and make it right.

8. Incorrect Addresses

If the shipping address you provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to our fulfillment partner, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the item to the correct address. We cannot issue a refund or send a replacement until the original package is returned. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Note on Free Shipping: While we currently offer free shipping on all standard orders, this does not cover return shipping in the event of customer error (such as entering an incorrect address). If a reshipment is needed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for those additional shipping costs. Shipping terms are subject to change without notice, so please refer to this page for the most current policy.

9. Signature Requirement

Most orders do not require a signature. However, orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery for security.

10. Delivery Delays or Carrier Issues

We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted due to shipping, please follow the process outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Digital Items and Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered by email only and do not involve physical shipping. If you purchase a gift card, you will receive a separate confirmation email with the digital card code. Because no physical item is shipped, tracking will not be provided.

Gift cards are redeemable only through our main store at www.thatsnothowyouchristian.com and cannot be used directly through TikTok Shop, Instagram checkout, or other third-party marketplaces.
