Behind the Memes

Sometimes asking for healing is… hard. Or in this case, not hard. Which is kind of the problem. In Scripture, the laying on of hands was used to bless, appoint, and heal (see Acts 9:17 and Mark 16:18). It was a sacred act, a visible sign of divine power at work.

We’re not saying laying on of hands should be prescribed for E.D., but if it worked for blindness and leprosy, it’s fair to wonder if it can handle what pharmaceutical ads call “a condition affecting millions of men.”

Laying on of Hands

1# Do you believe God can raise the dead but not… other things?

2# Where do you feel pressure to “perform” instead of asking God for help or healing?

3# If God already knows everything… what are you still pretending isn’t on your list?

Hot Off the Scrolls

"That’s Not How You Christian" is an off-brand Christian comedy project dedicated to sharp, unfiltered satire, good laughs, and just the right amount of irreverence to keep things interesting.

We’re kicking things off with some deep-thought-style quotes to spark humor and reflection. But this is just the warm-up. The goal? Build an audience, raise some eyebrows (in a good way), and ultimately produce a pilot episode. While a lot of what we do has Christian roots, not everything will be straight from the Bible. Because, let’s be honest, even Jesus told a few parables that felt a little off-brand.

And because some things deserve to be preserved for future generations (or at least kept on a coffee table for awkward guests to stumble upon), we’ll be putting together a book just in time for Christmas. Because nothing says timeless wisdom like a collection of faith-infused absurdity in physical form.
